Custom Orders
All custom orders are created based on the information provided by the customer.
Please ensure:
- Names
- Sizes
- Colors
- Design details
are accurate before submitting your order.
Proof Policy
Proofs are provided upon request.
- Up to 2 revisions are included
- Additional revisions may require an extra design fee
Payment Policy
Full payment or required deposit must be received before production begins.
Orders will not be started until payment is confirmed.
Rush Orders
Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
- Rush requests are subject to approval
- Production timelines may vary based on order complexity
We reserve the right to decline rush orders if the timeline cannot be met.
Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
- Incomplete information
- Lack of communication
- Inability to fulfill the request
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued at our discretion.
