Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom items.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

Please include:

  • Photos of the item
  • Description of the issue

If approved, we will offer:

  • Replacement
    or
  • Store credit

Order Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to review all order details before submitting payment.

Once an order is approved and payment is received, changes cannot be guaranteed.
